Registration Problems?
Please refer to the items below:
Q1. I didn’t receive an invitation or notification from AIM.
- Check your junk or spam folder for an email from info@aimability-app.com. Add info@aimability-app.com to your email contact list and try again.
- Notifications are sent to the email address provided by your Academy. It could be the player’s or the parent’s email. Check with your Academy administrator to see which email they provided to AIM.
Q2. I am a coach or staff and I can’t access the system.
- If the solutions under ‘I didn’t receive an invitation or notification from AIM’ don’t resolve your issue, check with your Academy administration to make sure that you have been pre-registered. It could be that AIM has not received your information.
Q3. What is my Club ID?
- Pre-registered users should not click the ‘REGISTER’ button on the login page. Instead, go to https://aimability-app.com/forget, enter the email address that the AIM notification was sent to, and click ‘SEND MY PASSWORD’. Your information is already in the system and you do not need a Club ID.
Q4. My password is not working.
- Try copying the password from the email from AIM and pasting it into the password field. Be sure to not to include any blank spaces at the beginning or end of your copied password.
Q5. I want to change my email address.
- You are currently not able to change your email address and must use the address provided to AIM by your Academy.
Q6. Where are my registration courses?
- When you log on for the first time, you will probably not have any existing registration courses. Invitations to courses and events will be provided to you automatically in the future.
